No Windows Help

[Stu Michaels]

When I click on Windows Help, I get an hourglass for a few seconds; that's
it; no help (no jokes please).

Any ideas?

I had the same problem, this VB script fixed it immediately and also
fixed a similar problem with Accessories | System Tools (same thing, the
hourglass appeared briefly then .. nothing).
