No Weatherbug radar display

I have Weatherbug installed on my computer. Everything
seems to be working okay, except for the radar display.
All I get is a blank screen with the little box in the
upper left corner with an "x" in it. The webcams work
fine. I have gone to the Weatherbug site, but their
fixes haven't worked so far. Does this sound like a
Windows XP problem?

There is a freeware program called Weather Pulse that is better than Weather
Bug in my opinion. The freeware version of Weatherbug contained some things
that I did not want on my computer.
