no video download

Hello,

Since installing the Windows XP expansion program I have been unable to
download video from www.starwars.com.I click on the required resolution and
nothing happens,an Apple Quick Time box used to appear.but now ,nothing at
all.I do get an error message which says 'error on page'.The firewall has
been turned off and the pop-up blocker disabled just in case it was something
to do with them.still nothing.Any help would be very welcomed !
