No user accounts showing on startup

Please help.....When i start up one of my computers it brings me to the
windows logon screen and says to choose which account to sign in with,
however there are no icons or users to choose. I can't go any further. If
anyone know...please send your comments to me at (e-mail address removed)

It's professional i believe

*If* it is professional, press CTRL+ALT+DEL twice at the Welcome screen.. It
should give you a logon prompt. Enter your username and password (if you
had one) there and see what happens.
 
I had this prob too on 6th Dec - I had no password either.
I ended up doing a second install, retrieving the files and then
reformatting completely the pc.
