I have an access app that creates an email and sends it to Outlook. The email
is always to the same receipient.
One of my customers who has been using the system no probs for 4 months is
saying he is getting the no transport message. I have read the KB article on
this without finding the answer. The v of Outlook is 8.02.4212.
Comparing his system with mine he does not seem to have a PAB, just Contacts
and Outlook Address book - both empty. My PAB has the address of the recipient
in it. He does not seem to have a folder storing that address.
Is that likely to be the cause of the problem ?
TIA
