NO tags in my computer

when i open up my computer, there are usually tags like "files stored on this
computer", "hard disk drives", and "Devices with removable Storage". But
right now those tags are gone! I can't seem to find a reason why. I have
tried system restore, but no good. When I want to restore to a point earlier
and try again, I found all my older restore points are gone! Can anyone help
me???? Thanks!
 
Open my computer> right click > point to Arrange icons by > Tick "Show in groups"
Right click > Arrange icons by > Choose > Type
