Please don't display the little system tray icon for a new mail message when
a new mail comes in and is then instantly and permanently deleted by a rule.
This is rather annoying. Once the icon is displayed it will not go away
because there is no mail to read. It renders the notification system tray
icon useless, basically having it sit there and use up some ram. Thanks

If you set the rule to move it to the Deleted Items folder first the
envelope will not show (for Outlook 2003). You can of course then add the
option to permanenntly delete it. Also note that you can select any mail
item and press CTRL+ENTER to reset the Notification Area Envelope.
