No sound

Hello there, I just bought a Toshiba LapTop. Everything
works fine expet sounds. In fact when I play music, I see
that musinc is playing but no sound can be heared. I
checked all the volume controls and are ok. Please help
me to hear some mujsic.

did u check it's manual volume control on the side of the

laptop ? if does then try removing it's sound card's
driver & reinstall it.
