No Sound on my Computer HELP ME GET IT BACK PLEASE

I have NVIDIA mother board with a built in sound card.. and i redone my windows XP on my computer. now I do not have any sound whatso ever.. I NEED HELP. if you have any advice please ... i dont know what is going rong...

Hi,

You need to reinstall your sound card drivers. Usually, these are found on
the motherboard driver CD if it is an onboard sound system.
