No Signature Dropdown Option

Hi, I had outlook xp on my desktop and upgraded to outlook 2003 not long ago.
This worked fine.

I then bought a notebook pc and installed office on this and not upgrading
from office xp.

The only thing is there is no signature drop down list under insert and no
signature icon. I have tried creating a few signatures to see if it pops up
but still has nothing there.

I only use outlook for email editing. Any help wouild be appreciative.

I have read your other help on this Sue but it does not help me as its not
related. Thanks.

The signature button is NOT a standard button. Right-click on the
toolbar, Customize, and add the signature button. When you do a *fresh*
install of any application, you won't have any of the customizations
from a separate install.
 
WordMail does not include an Insert | Signature command like the regular
Outlook editor. If you want to be able to insert a signature into a WordMail
message manually, you can create an AutoText entry for each signature. You
can then insert them with the Insert | AutoText command.

Or, create multiple signatures the normal way (Tools | Options | Mail
Format) and make one the default. If you want to use a different signature
for the current message, right-click the signature that Outlook inserted
automatically. From the pop-up menu, select either the name of the signature
you want to use or E-mail Signature to create a new one. I personally prefer
this technique. This is also the technique you need to use if you want
Outlook 2003 to automatically change your signature when you switch accounts
on an unsent message.
