No signature button available on toolbar, no way to manually inse.

In Outlook 2003 I cannot find any way to manually insert a signature from a
list. I have tried both methods listed by Microsoft in the "Microsoft Outlook
2003 Student Edition Complete" guidebook. One was to place the insertion
where you want the signature inserted, click the Signature Button, and select
the desired signature. Problem here is there is no Signature Button. I cannot
find it in any option for the Toolbar. Second method is to select Insert,
then Signature and select the desir3ed signature from the menu. Problem - no
Signature option under the Insert menu, under Insert, Auto Text, there is a
Signature - but thqat only inserts the name of the user logged on to the
computer. Anyone got any ideas?
