No RMB in Start menu

On Windows XP Pro I've lost the ability to get a RMB menu
anywhere within my Start menu. If I RMB anywhere in the
Start menu (Programs, Favorites, etc...) nothing happens.
RMB menus work everywhere else in Windows. Don't know what
caused it. Any ideas on how to fix it?
