I have a friend that tried to hook up his wireless. When
doing this he had some problems. When trying to use the
ipconfig /all command, his computer yields no results.
It basically just comes up with Windows IP configuration
and then another cursor. There is not even an APIPA IP
or a MAC address for his NIC Card. WHile trouble
shooting this I uninstalled Clients for Microsoft
Networks and tried to reinstall it. Every time I try to
reinstall it his computer will basically become
nonresponsive. The other weird thing is that when the
machine is powered down, it will never turn itself off.
Any suggestions?
