No response

My computer works for about 5 minutes, then there is no
response the mouse goes from the hand to the timer to the
bar and nothing works or reponds, I have run virus checks
but norton tells me there is no virus, can you please
help, very frustrating, also I have a fsg_4201.exe that I
cannot remove from my programs, can you please tell me
how to get rid of it. Thank you.
