No Product Key!!

I have a copy of Windows XP that was given to us by my
employer, but I do not have the Product Key to install
it!! Any suggestions on how to resolve this problem?!?

Buy a license(product key), install xp. Or if your employer has a volume
license version and is allowing you to use one of those licenses, then get
the product key from them.

Talk to your employer.
If they supplied you with the product under a particular license scheme then
they must also provide you with the Product Activation key.
Also check with them under what license scheme they are making available
Windows XP for use my their employees for home use - or is this not the
case.
We do have such programs but they need to ensure they are in compliance with
what ever program they are on.
Get them to check:-

and the link called "Application Home and Portable Use Rights (Secondary Use
Rights)"
