No Preview Available

when i recive pictures (jpg or jpeg) as an attachement, i
can't open them as i get the message "No Preview Available"
the sender is not from AOL or Compuserve, and my security
settings for attachment are set to none

Try this:

go to...Start / Run and type:

"REGSVR32 SHIMGVW.DLL"
(without the quotes)(Yes, there's
a space between 2 and S)

Click...OK.

Also it may help to run Disk Cleanup
to delete all of your temp and temporary
internet files.
