No Power-No Boot

Hello Out there in cyber space

I have a Biostar M7VIZ board that all of a sudden won't power up at all. You
can see the fan try to move [like it is seized] a little but nothing else. I
changed power supplies and left everything unhooked and the same thing.

Any ideas or is it probably motherboard

Your question has nothing whatsoever to do with Windows.
Try posting in a hardware newsgroup.

This is not an XP OS issue. I would suggest you post to a hardware
newgroup. Maybe take it in to a good tech shop for diagnostics.
