NO PASSWORD

When turning on my PC I am asked to provide an Administrator Password.

I do not know what this is and am unable to open anything on my PC.

Can anyone help me please?

Please - don't multipost if you ever have another question. It's annoying
seeing the same unread question from the same person over and over in
multiple groups. Try cross-posting instead! =)

If you havn't set it, it's a blank password.

Is it asking for this password before Windows starts up (IOW, is it a
black screen/text, or the Windows Logon screen). If it's asking for
this prior to the Windows Logon, it's a BIOS password and nobody here
can offer you any real help. BIOS passwords are independent of the OS
and as such have nothing to do with Windows.
