In the network no one can see may shares, everytime when a user tries to see
them a password prompt appears!
I stopped all the firewalls, in the in the Share Premissions i set
"Everyone" with readonly access and in security the administrator's account,
mine are with full access and again "Everyone" is with readonly access.

What i should do?!

Thanks in advance,

They are being asked for userID and password because they don't have an
account on your machine. XP does userid authentication. So both machines
would have to have the same user ID or accounts on the machine being
accessed. A easier and stupid way is to enable guest account and allow
guest access. Everyone is only those accounts on your machine.

Greetings --

On the WinXP PCs, create local user account(s), with non-blank
password(s), that have the desired access privileges to the desired
shares. Log on to the other PCs using those account(s), and you will
be able to access the designated shares, provided your network is
configured properly.

Usually, WinXP's Networking Wizard makes it simple and painless --
almost entirely automatic, in fact. There's a lot of useful,
easy-to-follow information in WinXP's Help & Support files, and here:
