Hi,
I've upgraded my hard drive and now I'm not receiving any new mail. I
used MaxBlast to copy the entire contents of my old hard drive to the
new one, and I'm using Windows XP SP2 and Office XP.

I've tried reconnecting my Outlook profile to use the new pst file
location, and when I open Outlook the new pst file is being updated
however no new mail is being received.

Does anyone know how I can fix this?

Thanks,
Mong

I should add that I can send emails, and emails are being downloaded
from my ISP's server, they just aren't being displayed in my inbox.

So if anyone can tell me where they're being downloaded to that would
be a great help too!

I haven't tried re installing Outlook as yet.

Check carefully that MaxBlast actually moved everything. I found that it
did not copy the x:\Windows\Installer folder and Detect and Repair for
Outlook doesn't work withouth it.

What view do you have set?

Thanks for the reply, I fixed this by running the repair installation
from the Office CD. Only thing I'm wondering now is where my mail was
being downloaded to for the 3 days it wasn't working - any ideas?

Enable the viewing of hidden files and folders and search the hard drive for
files whose extension is ".pst".
