No network protocols on one xp home comp.

I Have a 4 comp. xp home network. Three of the computers
allow me to set Ip address. The fourth shows nothing. I
can't run the wizard either it's like nothing is there. In
mynetwork places it shows the computer but when you right
click on it nothing. I need to set these computers with IP
so that I can use a Direcway connection and share . Any
help is appericated. Thanks

this is the crazey part. When you click on network prop.
the computer does nothing. When you click on thw wizard it
does nothing. I click on network places it brings up the
computer's it see's, but you have no properties it's like
the software is hidden.

Maybe the svchost.exe file under system32 is corrupt or
the rpc files too.
