There's nothing you can do about it.
Those recipients gave you bad email addresses.
If you want to post one of those error messages verbatim, I can
research the veracity of that error message.

My reply is at the bottom of your sent message.

In addition to Gary's response your ISP may not approve of that if you get
very large. These days a domain name and web hosting is the way to go.
Domain names are cheap and you should be able to find low cost hosting.
Installing a free PHP/MySQL script takes a few minutes (really, just a few)
and is very easy. Then you could just give out the address and people could
subscribe and unsubscribe themselves. An added bonus is that they are
typically authenticated. Meaning that they need to submit their email and
then they get a reply email (all automatically) and have to click that link
before they're subscribed. This keeps the spam complaints down. They all
generally include links in the bottom of each sent message so that people
can click to unsubscribe should they ever change their mind.

A cheap domain name and if these are all local people then a fairly local
webserver and I think you'll find your headaches go away. (I'll even take my
link to my hosting company out of my signature for this reply as that would
be a conflict of interest in my opinion.)
