No music during Windows Welcome--WHY??

I'm creating a sysprepped XP SP2 image to deploy to about a dozen identical
machines on which Windows Welcome will run on first startup. In testing,
everything works fine with one odd exception; the music that normally plays
during Windows Welcome isn't there! The sounds made by QMark as he does his
thing are all there; just no music. The image DOES include WMP 10; is that
causing my problem? Someone made mention that this was a bug for which
there is a hotfix, but I haven't been able to find anything online.

Has anyone else heard of this issue of no music during Windows Setup?
