No more enpoints are avaliable from the endpoint mapper

When I replicate using AD Sites and Services. I recieve the message.

"There are no more endpoints avaliable from the enpoint mapper"

I can use nslookup to resovle the server name that it is trying to replicate
to.

I was going to remove the server using DCpromo and add it again however I
receive the same message.

I have checked the DNS settings with this machine against the 5 other
machines in different locations and all the settings appear to be correct...

If anyone has come across this before please help... I have checked technet
and other news groups however have had no luck as yet.

Did this server used to have DNS on it. I had the same problem and i went
in and deleted the dns folder from the local drive and then this fixed the
problem. also make sure you are pointing to the correct DNS.

Its a domain controller so it has DNS on it... its also pointing to itself
with no secondary DNS...
