No margins tab in page properties

Hi,
I cannot find the margins tab when I go to Page Properties. In Frontpage
help it says:
"In Page view, right-click the page, and then click Page Properties on the
shortcut menu.
Click the Margins tab."
But there is no margins tab. Does anyone know why?

If you have applied a theme, then you will not see the margin tabs, as the theme control them.

I also can't find the margins tab. I am using FP2002 and not using themes.
There is no "advanced" button on page properties either.
