Not free but very good. They also have a beta-test program so it is
possible to get a license for free.

I tried a few free ones (KeePass, Password Corral etc.), but I ended up using
KeyPass:

Their free version is crippleware, but I really liked the keyboard scripting
feature which does not seem to be available in other apps, so I paid for a
license to put it on my USB memory stick.
As with 99% of the apps (free or otherwise) I use, this one is totally portable.
