No 'Insert Shortcut' option in Excel 2003?

Hi folks - had a query at work today where they are trialling OL 2003 before
a mass rollout, and one of our areas of business use OL extensively with all
sorts of custom forms and things that i didn't even realise you could do in
OL :-) Anyway, apparently when you use the option 'Insert item', they use
the sub-option 'Insert Shortcut' frequently, and it apppears to have
disappeared completely from the list of available options, and I was hoping
someone could tell me how to get it back, or whether it is gone for good.

Tried Googling this on 'Insert shortcut' and 2003 and came up with only 2
hits that each mirrored this question, but none of them had an answer.

Any enlightenment very much appreciated.

In 2002 and 2003 the function is called Insert Hyperlink and works basically
the same way. It can be found in the same place in Tasks and Meetings
(Insert, drop down arrow beside Insert, Hyperlink) but in Emails has been
moved to the tiny drop down arrow beside the Options button that appears
when you have an email open.
