no icon on my second hard disk D:\

hi

since I installed a solid works student version on my D hard disk for about
4 months ago, the 2nd hard disk icon changed to the solid works icon ,, then
when i removed the program, this icon changed to a kind of unrecognized file
icon ,, so when i try to open it i can not dubble click on it ,,it directs me
to the search option ,, so i have to open it always with right click on my
mouse and then open

what´s the problem? is there anything that i cand do ? ,, it worked
normally before

What is on this Hard Disk? If you have your own data then you should
copy everything on a CD. If you have any application programs then have
you got the original CDs and serial number for them?

If you have copied the data and you have the CDs for the applications, I
suggest format the HD to see if it corrects itself.

Don't touch your C-drive as this must be the main boot drive.
