How am I suppose to be able to use Windows Mail without being able to use an

If you need to use a HTTP server, you need to download and install
Windows Live Mail. It can connect to HTTP servers such as the ones
Hotmail uses; Windows Mail cannot.

Which HTTP mail provider? If Hotmail or MSN, use the newer Windows

Windows Mail can't access any http email.
Windows Live Mail can access Hotmail/Live accounts.
