No history & limited temp file

Does anyone know why my internet explorer no longer shows history files. It
has the folders for the days but nothing is in them. Also will not keep
temporary internet files longer than 10 minutes.

First, check your settings for both in IE at Tools...Internet
Options...General tab.

Those folders could be corrupted - delete them (not just clear them) and
when you reboot new ones will be recreated:
