No Help Menu, transitions or effects

After I downloaded Movie Maker 2 I imported pictures and ready to add transitions and effects Can't find them
The Help menu can't be found on C drive. Can anyone help please

Maybe do another download and installation. See the Setup > Software page of
www.papajohn.org for some info about where the installed files will be and
their names/sizes.

transitions and effects Can't find them.
 
i see a lot of these comments about transitions dissapearing after loading wmm2... mine have gone too and reloading wmm2 doesn't help. i even downloaded the winter fun pack just to get some transitions but once that is installed there are no transitions available either.
