No flash

I'm experiencing a very baffling problem with Macromedia's
Flash player plug-in for IE. I can't see any Flash
content, including Macromedia's test page on their web
site. I reinstalled the Flash player and didn't see any
error messages. My second computer uses the same Internet
connection, so I don't think it's an ISP or firewall
issue. I am using pop-up blocker; but the problem persists
even if I shut that app down.

I am wondering if there is any IE setting that might be
effecting Flash. I tried lowering the security level as
far as it would go, but it didn't seem to matter. Any
ideas?

Under tools>internet options>advanced is a section related to multimedia. I
have everything there checked (although you might want different options for
the first item etc) have you looked there yet? I am not sure how this
relates to flash but it may be worth a try.
