When there is a link with someone's email address in another program or web
page, I am not able to send an email because I am not able to choose an email
program in the Internet Properties window inside Outlook Express. Does
anyone know how to fix this? When I go to the Options window inside Outlook
Express, then choose Connections, then Internet Properties (advanced), then
Programs, there are no choices in the box for Email programs. Thanks in
advance for help on this one. If I need to reinstall something, please give
me some direction on how to do it and what CDs I'll need.

Thanks!

Ask them in one of the OE groups.

If you'te trying to change your default mail client, go to control panel,
internet options, programs. Looking within OE is not the way to go about
this - Outlook Express is a mail (& news) client.
