I have windows (home)XP and a NEW Dell computer.I cannot
automatically get my mail thru Outlook Express or
Incredimail. I have to go to Fronteer to access it.
Fronteer says it's not their problem and Dell says it's
not a hardware problem it's a software problem.
Originally I was using incredimail and I would only get
the first 27 messages of 35 and it would be stuck there.
We called Fronteer and they deleted all messages and said
they found no problems with any. Since then NO mail is
received on my computer. Multiple computer savy people
have checked it and NO ONE can find the problem. Any
suggestions?
Thanks!

Carol

Uninstall incredimail, delete all your email accounts from OE. Reboot. Add
your email accounts back to OE, hit send and receive to see if it works.
Post back errors, if any.

Check Incredimail options to make sure you aren't set to time out after 10 -
15 seconds of inactivity. If you are, extend that to 5 minutes and try
again.

I was just expressing the common opinion of very many people about
"incredimail"

I misunderstood your intention. My apologies.

As far as AVG, it just updated last night. Is there another already?

Sorry - of course your sig shows the AVG date in US format - I thought it
said 9th Jan 2003!!!!
