No Dialup or RAS

Upgraded my Sony VIAO GRT170 from WIN_XP Home to WIN_XP
Pro. Now I cannot set up a dial out to the internet or
VPN into the LAN. Options are 'grayed out'. Found
a 'fix' on MS site but it did no good. Help.

The 'fix' seemed to have worked. I am now able to
configure a dialout. Thank you, really appreciated.

Got the fix from MS's site and it worked. Went to your
site and noted all of the info. Bookmarked and will be
there again. Thank you for your response.

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
