Somehow my context menus in inbox dissapeared.
I'm running Outlook 2003 connecting to Exchange 2K.
They work everywher else in Outlook and all othe apps but
not when you right click messages in Inbox.
I've tried resetting profile, repair, clearing views etc
all to no avail.
Any ideas anyone.

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your posting here.

According to the information in the post, I suggest you perform the
following steps to narrow down the issue:

1. New Outlook profile
=============
Please create a new profile to isolate the issue.
For the steps on how to create a new profile, refer to the following
Microsoft Knowledge Base (KB) article:

829918 How to create a new e-mail profile in Outlook 2003
http://support.microsoft.com/?id=829918

2. Outlook Safe Mode
=================
a. Click Start, and then point to Programs.
b. Press CTRL while you click the shortcut for Outlook that you want to
start.
c. Hold down CTRL until you receive a message similar to the following:
"Outlook has detected that you are holding down the CTRL key. Do you want
to start Outlook in safe mode?" Click Yes.

3. Test the issue with another proper working account on the problematic
Outlook client. Also, configure the problematic account on a proper working
computer.

If the issue persists, please capture a screen shot for me. You may upload
the file to the newsgroup to sent to me directly at: (e-mail address removed).

Please let us know if this takes care of the problem. I look forward to
your reply and will be glad to be of further assistance. Have a nice day!

Thanks & Regards

Thanks.
New profile was the first thing i've tried.
However starting the Otlook in safe mode seems to fix the
problem.
I've restarted it in the normal mode afterwards and it
works just fine.
Any idea what coud cause this?

Hi Mike,

Thanks for your posting back.

I am glad to know the issue is fixed.

As Outlook works fine in Safe Mode, this issue is mostly casued by Outlook
Add-ins. To check add-ins. Go to tools >options > other tab > advanced
options > Add-ins, to list all add-ins and COM add-ins.

If anything is unclear, just post back to let me know. Have a nice day!

Thanks & Regards
