No Boot CD & So Many Other PC Frustrations

I've been playing with this pc for almost a week, started with a W32 virus, thought I got it cleaned up (I use McAfee), then said I had a script problem but it stopped it, now it says I'm missing files, it takes almost 20 minutes to get to icons and then they're not even all there, after another 10 minutes after going thru start button for My Computer. So I wanted to format my drive, went to Microsoft site for how to make boot disks, had to use my business laptop and burn to cd then copy to 6 disks, which is ok, but I don't get the options I see on this site for formating off of the boot cd. Please help, I'm about ready to take this HP 7935 to Best Buy and tell them to put it where the sun won't ever shine and I bought a 3 year IN-HOUSE warranty, but they won't come to my house they try to fix it over the phone.
 
If you bought warranty service from Best Buy and/or HP then you better stick
with harassing them to get it fixed or you could void the warranty.

They should help you to re-install everything because it appears your system
is no longer operating.
