This has nothing to do with Windows. Try a hardware newsgroup!

Probaby RAM. Swap it with a known good RAM stick and see if the beeping
stops. Be sure and unplug your computer before changing RAM (or any
hardware).

Don't know where you looked for the beep codes, but a Google search
shows quite a lot of sites that may be useful:

Here are some general hardware troubleshooting steps. I would check the
RAM first.

Testing hardware failures often involves swapping out suspected parts
with known-good parts. If you can't do the testing yourself and/or are
uncomfortable opening your computer, take the machine to a professional
computer repair shop (not your local equivalent of BigStoreUSA).

My 2 cents:

Given that the Motherboard dates to 1999 and supports AMD K6 processors UP
TO 400MHz,
the OP's money would be better spent on a new system rather than spending at
a repair shop.

Depends - A couple of sticks of RAM would cost under $100. But certainly
if the OP has such an old system, he should consider tossing the box
and just getting a new one.

I have the answers since I am researching this I
have all of Microsoft's books & I have printed
copies from the internet for more study purposes.
If you have one beep code it's still o.k.
if it's more & it probably is it's a typical
hardware problem but can easily be fixed within
seconds.

This is nonsense. You are a troll.

Most often caused by ram not installed or bad ram, or video card not
seated correctly.

if the BIOS cannot access the video card to print
the messsage, then in this case it will produce a beeping
pattern on the speaker to tell you what the problem is.
the exact meaning of the beep codes depends on the type
and version of BIOS that you have.
