no audio

Hi, im using a jvc GR-DVL 520u. and when im trying to
capture the video with audio I get all the video
perfectly, but no audio at all. Can anyone help me? im
runnign through a dazzle digical video creator 80 through
a firewire usb port.
 
I have the same problem
Ive been too loads of web sites but cant find a solution.
Although this forum indicates that many people are experiencing this problem
Its probably a bug in the operating system
