no audio

I need to reinstal my audio driver. I think that to do this successfully I
have to do it as administrator. How do I open in administrator mode?
 
Why don't you download your driver and install it first. If this is your own
PC think you will have to switch over.

at the logon window type in administrator as the user (usually no password)
