No ASP color coding in FP2003

Does FP2003 not show color coding for ASP or Include pages?

ASP code is all one color. That color is set by the "Script Other" setting
in Color Coding.

This depends on whether or not you're willing to launch
Microsoft Script Editor from within FrontPage.

I have tried Script Editor but IntelliSense is nowhere to be found
while editing ASP and ASPX files. Is it something you have to turn on?
