No Adminstrative Rights

How can I overcome the obstacle of not having admin rights to install or
download on a "Work" PC? Recently assigned a new PC, however, I can not
reload my personal programs I'd previously used in order to complete my
assignments. Can not go through my "Administrator"

Replied in microsoft.public.windowsxp.security_admin....and someone else
replied to the same post in m.p.windowsxp.general. Please don't multipost -
if you need to post to multiple groups, it's best to crosspost instead, by
posting a single message to a handful of relevant groups (separate the NG
names with commas) so that everyone can follow the thread. Thanks :-)
