NO ADMINISTRATOR!!!!!!!!

I have made 3 accounts one as an admin. For some reason the they all turned limited. I have no idea how to be an admin again. You have to type the name of the user in order to login. But i have tried to type in every user name i could think of but failed. Fortuneltely none of them requires a password. I went to document and settings for the names of the users but they all did not work. I would be very grate if you could reply

at the welcome screen hit ctrl alt delete twice fast and it should take you
to the normal logon. type in administrator and leave the password blank.

Simply log in using the built-in Administrator account (which
cannot be deleted) and create another account with administrative
privileges, or modify one of the existing accounts.

I can´t log in as administrator, I get something about
restricion in the account. Could you please guide me?
