No Admin User... HELP!

I had a "delayed write failure" while installing a
Windows Update. Now I do not have an Admin user, only a
temporary limited user. I have recovered files and email
but how do I create an Admin user? I can't reinstall
WinXP because I'm not an Admin. Help anyone?

Try rebooting to Safe Mode and logging in as Administrator there.
