I think That after I installed The (MSN ToolBar) im not sure dough , I don't have access nomore to th
Address Bar to change the Home page in Internet Options/Internet Properties!
This is only happening under my own (User Account) !
When my Bro switch to his own (User Account) ,, He can have access to the Address Bar and he could change his own home page
But, I can't. The address bar,, The use current ,, The use Default, and, The Use Blank Tabs in my home pag
(under Internet Properties/Internet Options) are faded and I have no access to any one of those Tabs !
I wish I know what to look for in the Registry Under HKEY_USERS ,, HKEY_CURRENT_USER and/or HKEY_L
to compare and adjust them same as my Bro's
