no access to micro soft money with xp

Was running millenium, now on xp, but have found that I
can't access my microsoft money back up that was on a
floppy disc. Keeps saying needs formatting. The disc is
full and says its a RAW file, which I am thinking can
only be accessed with millenium, any help please.

I assume its the same computer, but you just upgraded it to XP? So its the
same hardware and same version of Money as before?

Your problem sounds more like a corrupted floppy. All OSes run the same
floppy configuration. See if you can read the files in another computer.
