Nltest error

I run NLtest in my Main DC like this format:
nltest/dcname:ezdc.tr.uv.org
Got this error
NEtgetDCname Failed:Status 2453 0x995 NeRRDCnotfound
How can I fix it. All the rest of the DC are successfull.

Basically, i'm facing a problem adding a replica of my DC
Failed to modify the properties of computer account Access
is denied..

Is this problem related to NLtest issue..

I am not familiar with this nltest error off of the top of my head.
However, when I see the 'Failed to modify the properties of computer
account. Access is denied." error I think immediately of a trusted for
delegation problem.
