My ISP is supanet. I have not had any problems with this apart from
to-day I want to view my Phone bill an have logged in as normal to
view my bill but I am getting a message saying NO NLSQL so can't log
in I have just sent an e-mail to my ISP but wonder if anyone can help
me with this in here this is the only current computer problem I have
at present

This is at the phone company's web site, right? I expect that they've
screwed something up there. The letters "SQL" makes me think that this
is some kind of database error message that end users, like you,
should never see. You could send them an email, but they'll probably
notice it themselves and get it fixed.
