please help.I'm trying but failing to play need for speed on the net.
I'm able to log on and race but when i do the speed is quicker than
the single player game.
ive found out the game is connecting through a sis900 based pci
ethernet adapter(means nothing to me). At the same time my
correctconnect program is saying my ethernet adapter is unplugged.
excuse the ignorance but ive looked on the back of my modem and the
ethernet port has been taped over. i hope someone knows what im
talking about because ive played m/p nfsu on a friends p.c. and im
quite good, i just want to play it at home.
this is the first online gaming problem ive had.
thanks alot
Gyp

Hi Gyp,

Make sure you're not running a firewall on your computer,
router, or broadband modem which could be blocking you.
