nForce 4 Hit by lightning

My Desktop was'nt even 2 months old and now its broken. The Ledion for
Chipp and Dimm Comes on but CPU Led does not come on . The 7 segment
display shows FF. Is this a gonner or what?

Can you say how you know it was lightning damage?
